Eligibility For Returns

We offer a 14-day return period beginning on the delivery date.

To qualify:

  • Products must be unused.

  • Products must remain in original packaging.

  • Products must be in resalable condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return results from:

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item shipped

Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations
